Research

Research in our laboratory is focused on understanding how human activities such as climate change and land use alterations alter ecosystem function. We’re especially interested in how coastal ecosystems will be impacted, and the response of microbial communities to climate change and the resultant alterations to ecosystem function driven by microbial community shifts.
